Warranty & Returns Policy

At Altezza Parts, we stand behind the quality of what we sell, whether it’s brand-new OEM or carefully tested used parts. Here’s how our warranty and returns work:


New Parts (OEM & Aftermarket)

  • Genuine Toyota OEM parts are covered by Toyota’s standard manufacturer warranty against defects.

  • Aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (varies by product, usually 6–12 months).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.


Used Parts

  • All used parts are tested and verified in working order before removal.

  • Used parts come with a 7-day start-up warranty from the date of delivery, covering functionality only.

  • Warranty does not cover: cosmetic condition, normal wear, or failure caused by incorrect installation or use.

  • Electrical used parts (e.g. ECUs, sensors, switches) are sold as-is and not returnable once installed.


Returns (New & Used)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging (for new parts).

  • The item is a used part that has not been altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

  • You contact us first for a return authorization.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense (unless the item was sent in error or arrives faulty).


Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are processed after the part is inspected.

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

  • Labour costs, installation charges, and any secondary damage are not covered under warranty.


How to Start a Return or Claim

  1. Contact us at info@altezzaparts.co.nz with your order number and details.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once inspected, we’ll process your refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
